2-Pentin, organik bileşik, bir iç alkindir. Terminal bir alkin olan 1-pentinin izomeridir.

2-Pentin; 1-pentinin etanolik bir çözelti potasyum hidroksit veya NaNH2/NH3 içerisinde yeniden düzenlemesi ile sentezlenebilir.[1]
