Ashikaga Yoshimitsu (Japonca: 足利 義満; 25 Eylül 1358-31 Mayıs 1408), Ashikaga şogunluğunun üçüncü şogunudur. İktidarı 1368'den[1] 1398'e[2] kadar sürmüştür.
