Bread and Puppet Theater

Bread and Puppet Theater (kısaca Bread & Puppet olarak da bilinen), 1962'de Peter Schumann tarafından kurulan Amerikan radikal kukla tiyatrosu topluluğu. Fransa'da ilk kez 1968'de Nancy Dünya Tiyatro Festivali'nde tanınmıştır. Kuramsal ve eylemsel olarak bir bilinçlendirme düşüncesine sadık kalan Bread & Puppet, tiyatronun temel gerekliliklerini ve özelliklerini reddetmemiştir. Bu tiyatroya göre, aktör mesajı verme amacı güden bir aracıdır.
