Dr. Dre Presents the Aftermath, Dr. Dre'nin 1996 yılında yayınladığı derleme albümüdür. 1996 yılında Death Row Records plak şirketinden ayrıldıktan sonra kendi şirketi olan Aftermath Entertainment plak şirketini kurdu ve bu şirkette çıkardığı ilk albümü Dr. Dre Presents the Aftermath oldu.
