Homans bulgusu

Homans bulgusu, tıpta derin ven trombozu tanısı için bakılan bir bulgudur. Diz tam açıkken ayağın dorsifleksiyonu (bacağa doğru yaklaştırılması) ile baldırda ağrı oluşumu olarak tarif edilir.[1] Duyarlılığı (sensitivite) 60-88% ve özgüllüğü (spesifite) 30-72% oranında bulunmuştur.[2]

İsmini Amerikan hekim John Homans'dan almıştır.[3]
