The Neptunes Present...Clones, Pharrell Williams ve Chad Hugo ikilisinin oluşturduğu Amerikalı prodüksiyon grubu The Neptunes'un derleme albümü. 19 Ağustos 2003'te Star Trak Entertainment ve Arista Records etiketiyle yayınlandı. Prodüktörlüğünü The Neptunes'un üstlendiği albümdeki şarkıların çoğu o dönem Star Trak plak şirketinin kadrosunda bulunan Clipse, N*E*R*D, Vanessa Marquez, Kelis ve Snoop Dogg gibi sanatçılar tarafından seslendirildi.
