Zayıf agnostisizm herhangi bir yaratıcının varlığının ya da yokluğunun şu anda bilinmediğini ancak tümüyle bilinmez olmadığını savunur; bu nedenle kişi herhangi bir kanıt öne sürülene kadar bir yargıda bulunmaz.[1][2][3]
