Amy Shell-Gellasch matematikçi, matematik tarihçisi yazar ve editördür.

Shell-Gellasch, Mina Rees üzerine daha sonra kitap haline getirdiği teziyle 2000'de Chicago Illinois Üniversitesi'nden bir doktora (DA) kazandı.[7] Maryland'deki Montgomery College'da matematik doçentidir.[8] Ayrıca Kanada Matematik Tarihi ve Felsefesi Derneği'nin arşivcisi olarak görev yaptı.[9]
