Constitución Buenos Aires,Arjantin'in şehir merkezinin iki kilometre güneyinde bulunan mahallesidir.[1]

Bu mahalle merkezindeki Constitución İstasyonu, metroyla ve 9 Temmuz Bulvarı ile ulaşımı kolay olan bir barriodur.[1]
