Epidermal büyüme faktörü reseptörü

Epidermal büyüme faktörü reseptörü (EGFR) epidermal büyüme faktörü ailesinin üyelerinin etki ettiği hücre zarında bulunan reseptör[1]. EGF reseptörü, reseptörlerin ErbB ailesine mensuptur. EGFR ekspresyonu veya akvitesini etkileyen mutasyonlar kanser gelişimine neden olabilir[2].
