James Brien ”Jim” Comey, Jr. (d. 14 Aralık 1960; Yonkers, New York Şehri) ,FBI Eski Direktörü Amerikalı üst düzey bürokrat ve Devlet görevlisidir. FBI başkanı James Comey 2016 Amerikan Başkanlık seçimlerinde Rus müdahalesini kamuya açıklamakla suçlanmış ve 3 Mayıs 2017'de FBI'daki görevinden Amerikan Başkanı Donald Trump tarafından azledilmiştir.
