Jean-Jacques Sempé (okunuşu: jan jak sanpe) (d. 17 Ağustos 1932), Bordeaux, Fransız karikatürist, çizer.

Özellikle Pıtırcık kitaplarının çizeri olarak tanındı. 1957'den itibaren Paris Match, Punch, L'Express, Pilote, New York Times, New Yorker, vs. gazete ve dergilerde çizerlik yaptı.
