Mecca and the Soul Brother

Mecca and the Soul Brother, Amerikalı hip hop grubu Pete Rock & CL Smooth'un ilk stüdyo albümü. 9 Haziran 1992'de Elektra Records etiketiyle yayınlandı. Grubun önceki yıl yayınladığı All Souled Out adlı EP'nin ardından beğeniyle karşılanan albüm büyük satış rakamlarına ulaşamasa da, hip hop tarihinin en iyi albümlerinden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir.[9][10] Grup, sonraki yıllarda Menace II Society, Who's the Man? ve Poetic Justice gibi filmlerin soundtrack albümlerinde yer aldı. Albümün ilk single'ı, Pete Rock ve CL Smooth'un iki yıl önce hayatını kaybeden arkadaşı ve Heavy D'nin de dansçısı olan Trouble T Roy'a adadığı "They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)" grubun en büyük hiti oldu.[11][12]
