Roger François Jouret better known as Plastic Bertrand (born 24 February 1954, Brüksel,[1] Belçika) Belçikalı şarkıcıdır.

Jouret, Fransız bir baba ve Ukraynalı annenin çocuğu olarak Brüksel şehrinde doğdu. Dokuz yaşındayken, Rolling Stones şarkılarının kapaklarını sergileyen Boy Scouts ile oluşturduğu bir grup olan 'Buffalo Scouts Band' adlı şarkıcı ve davulcu oldu.

Jouret, 1987 yılında Brüksel şehrinde düzenlenen 32. Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması'nda Lüksemburg'u "Amour, Amour" adlı şarkıyla temsil etmiş, yarışmada 21. olmuştur.[2]
