Tetsuya Okubo (d. 9 Mart 1980), Japon futbolcudur. Profesyonel kariyerine 2003 yılında Yokohama FC kulübünde başladı. Daha sonra sırasıyla Sagawa Express Tokyo, Kashiwa Reysol, Avispa Fukuoka, Montedio Yamagata, Tochigi SC kulüplerinde oynadı.
