Vadi (nehir yatağı)

Vadi (Arapça: وادي), Arapçada vadi, nehir yatağı, nehir anlamına gelen bir sözcüktür. Bu tanım, bazı durumlarda sadece şiddetli yağmur zamanlarında dolan ya da suyun kesintili aktığı bir kuru nehir yatağı anlamına da gelebilmektedir.[1]
