Alexis Arquette, doğum adıyla : Robert Arquette (28 Temmuz 1969; Los Angeles - 11 Eylül 2016; Kaliforniya, Amerikalı LGBT oyuncudur. Trans olmadan önce oyuncuyken yer aldığı yapımlarda ön adı Robert Arquette ismiyle yer almıştır.

12 yaşında oyunculuk kariyerine başlayan Alexis Arquette, 2007'de cinsiyetini değiştirmeden önce Fareler ve İnsanlar, Chucky'nin Gelini ve Düğün Şarkıcısı gibi filmlerde oynadı. Ünlü oyuncular Patricia Arquette, David Arquette, Richmond Arquette ve Rosanna Arquette'in kardeşidir.

Kendisi 11 Eylül 2016'da 47 yaşında ölmüştür.[1]
