Ernst Krenek (d. 23 Ağustos 1900, Viyana - ö. 22 Aralık 1991, Palm Springs, Kaliforniya, ABD) Çek kökenli ve Avusturyalı besteci.[1]

1945 yılında itibaren de ABD vatandaşlığına geçti. Atonalite ve diğer çağdaş klasik müzik türleri üzerinde çalışma yapmış bir bestecidir. Music Here and Now (1939), A study of Johannes Ockeghem (1953) ve Horizons Circled: Reflections on my Music (1974) gibi klasik müzik alanında çeşitli kitapları da vardır. Ernst Krenek bestelediği eserlerden ikisinde Thornton Winsloe takma ismini kullanmıştır. Ernst Krenek hayatı boyunca 240 adet opera bestelemiştir.[2]
