Ali Sabieh Cibuti'de bir bölge. Başkenti Ali Sabieh'dir. Başkentten sonra en önemli şehri Holhol'dur. Ali Sabieh kuzeyde Arta Bölgesi, doğuda Somaliland (Somali), güneyde Etiyopya ve batıda Dikhil Bölgesi ile komşudur.
